On the sunny side in a very quiet and secluded location, the attractive and very spacious holiday cottage is situated at 1300 m above sea level, on a slope, elevated above the valley.
From here you can enjoy the wonderful mountain scenery of the Sarentino valley and in summer you have many possibilities for hiking and in winter you can quickly reach the beautiful skiing area Reinswald.
A little below there is an old barn with a photovoltaic system which supplies the holiday home with solar energy.
The hut is accessible by car all year round.
