Our Claudia House, the Residence, is the annex to our "Sportlodges." This modern building has been remodeled, remodeled, and renovated. The house where our story began shines in a completely new splendor. From the floor plan to the roof, everything has been redesigned! Our guests love the independence of a vacation apartment, which offers them the greatest degree of freedom during their vacation. Spacious rooms and floor-to-ceiling glass facades allow you to experience the natural surroundings. Don't expect anything off the shelf here; instead, expect premium furnishings with high-quality wooden floors, elegant bathrooms, and progressive lighting design, embedded in warm earth tones. The luxury lofts on the second floor, with a private infrared sauna and 20m² terrace, are designed for couples. The apartments on the first floor, with two separate bedrooms, are perfect for families and groups.

Everyone decides for themselves how they want to spend their time off: active and sporty with challenging bike tours, varied and adventurous with llama trekking, or relaxing and rejuvenating by the pool. Our "Haus Claudia" is located in a sunny and quiet location in picturesque Plaus with unobstructed views of the mountains.

What you'll find here: spaciously designed apartments, all barrier-free with elevator or direct access to the garden. I'm an athlete myself, so it was particularly important to me to create a beautiful "temporary home" for athletes, connoisseurs, active families, and guests with disabilities.

Together with my mother, we form the perfect team. As hosts, we love our work and look forward to providing our guests with a pleasant and unforgettable time every day. With heart, commitment, and joy, we ensure that everyone feels at home. Our spacious, comfortable apartments are modernly furnished and can accommodate 2-6 people.

All our apartments are barrier-free and accessible by elevator. A highlight is the 25-meter outdoor pool, heated from April to the beginning of November, ideal for a workout or for those who just want to relax and unwind! Visit our wellness oasis with a Finnish sauna and steam bath. Enjoy our sky whirlpool on our roof terrace with views of the Texel Group! Start your day with deep relaxation in our new yoga room.
