The Prechtlhof is located in the upper Passeier Valley, just before Stuls, in an exceptionally sunny position. It is around 20 km to the Timmelsjoch and 10 km to the Pfelders ski area, making it an ideal starting point for mountain and ski tours amidst the 3,000-metre peaks of the Seeber, Timmels and Pfelders valleys. The Stuls via ferrata is also situated right next to the property. Merano is 30 km away, making it perfect for shopping trips, visits to the thermal baths, and more. The farm is in an extremely quiet location. The main village of Moos is just 2 km away, where you will find a grocery store, butcher’s, restaurant, post office, and pharmacy. The log cabin is a separate house, set in the middle of greenery, and offers space for five people. The entire house is built from wood and is rustically furnished. It features a 250-year-old traditional farmer’s parlour with a farmhouse stove, a separate kitchen, a shower, a living room, and a separate bedroom. The ‘Panorama’ holiday flat is on the ground floor and measures 90 m². It is stylishly furnished with rustic oak wooden floors.
