Welcome to Seppner-Hof in Zeppichl, Pfelders, in the Passeiertal valley Our house is located in a quiet position with a magnificent view above Pfelders, surrounded by meadows, forests and mountains in the upper Passeiertal valley, where nature is still truly natural. Words cannot describe the uniqueness of our homeland – you have to experience it yourself. Put on your hiking boots and enjoy the unspoilt landscape, discovering the small wonders of nature that appear again and again along the well-marked hiking trails. Our traditional Seppnerhof has been in family ownership since the early 1800s. With us, you can fully enjoy your holiday in a 75 m² apartment. You have two bedrooms at your disposal: one with a double bed and a second with a double bed plus two single beds, with access to the balcony, from where you can admire the beautiful mountain panorama. The open-plan living area with kitchen allows everyone to be together. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment also has a large bathroom and a separate WC. For the youngest guests, a cot and high chair are provided. We still run a genuine working farm with grey cattle, Passeier mountain goats, dogs and cats. Here you not only enjoy a beautiful holiday apartment, but also culinary delights: in our farm dairy we process our own milk into cheese and yoghurt. All products can be purchased and tasted in our farm shop. Surrounded by untouched nature, the stress of everyday life fades away. Here you will find everything that brings rest and strength back to body and soul. Winter holidays on a farm – why not? Skiing, tobogganing, cross-country skiing, ski touring or snowshoeing – everything is possible. At the Seppnerhof, you can already enjoy the stunning winter panorama as soon as you wake up. Sleep in, cuddle up, relax – no appointments, no obligations, just time for yourself. A romantic winter holiday offers endless opportunities for relaxation.
