With the founding of the Südtiroler Gasthaus Group the Hoteliers and Restaurateurs Association (HGV) has created a brand, which guarantees that South Tyrolean restaurant culture is carefully preserved. An independent panel of judges subjected the restaurants to a strict quality control and checked whether they maintain the standards promised by the Südtiroler Gasthaus brand.
