The farm has been owned by the Auer family since 1954, and for about 20 years, organic apple farming has been carried out according to BIOLAND guidelines. During the summer months, Mother Rosmarie tends to a sea of flowers. Enjoy the wonderful fragrances and the vibrant blooms around the house! Father Franz has a farmer’s garden with a variety of vegetables and a few grapevines. Hidden within his garden are cozy sitting areas that you are welcome to visit. Sit down, take in the landscape, and let your mind relax! Every step outside is a step into nature. The Obermairhof is located at the foot of the Texel Group Nature Park. Hiking and walking trails stretch out in all directions. These paths lead upwards to the impressive peaks at 3,000 meters or gently downwards to the promenades and city center of Merano. We have a shelf full of hiking maps and guides for your inspiration. Partschins is located below the farm and can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes or by car in 7 minutes. Several restaurants are nearby, inviting you to visit.
