In the middle of the idyllic apple orchards of Viums, on the apple plateau of Natz-Schabs, lies our cosy farm tavern Plattnerhof – a place where hospitality, tradition, and honest South Tyrolean cuisine come together. Whether it’s over a hearty Marende, a homemade cake, or a glass of the farm’s own apple juice – you can feel that everything is made with love.

We serve seasonal dishes and typical specialities made from regional ingredients – many of which come directly from our own farm and other South Tyrolean producers.
