The kitchen of Rifugio Alpino Pralongià is renowned for the quality of its ingredients and skilled artisanship. The blend of Ladin gastronomic traditions and Mediterranean recipes are guided by a choice of strictly local products. Meat, speck, cheese, and milk come exclusively from South Tyrolean farms, while wild is sometimes sourced from the hut's own owners, who are passionate hunters in their spare time. Guests with special dietary needs will not go hungry, thanks to the expertise and creativity of the Rifugio Pralongià- kitchen team, which offers tasty vegetarian options, as well as gluten- and lactose-free dishes upon request.
