Residence am Kalchgruberhof

The holiday apartments at the Residence am Kalchgruberhof are located in St. Walburg in the Ulten Valley at an altitude of around 1,450 metres. The residence comprises five spacious holiday apartments named Bergzirbe, Bergfichte, Zirbe, Fichte and Lärche. Each apartment is named after a local type of wood and is furnished mainly with timber from the farm itself, creating a natural, alpine atmosphere.

All holiday apartments have a living area of around 68 m² and can accommodate up to six people. Facilities include a living area, a fully equipped kitchen-diner, two bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional guest toilet. Some apartments have a sofa bed in the living area for two further guests.

Standard facilities include Wi-Fi, a television, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a workspace for working from home. For families with children, children’s books, toys, a cot and a high chair are provided.

The residence is situated right next to the working Kalchgruberhof farm. Guests have the opportunity to gain an insight into farm life and, if they wish, to help out with the farm work. A bread roll service is also available, as well as breakfast featuring the farm’s own produce on request. Car parks, garage spaces and charging points for electric vehicles are also available.
