You will find all the important infrastructure for skiing within a radius of 30 m: - In-house ski depot at the entrance to the residence with lockable individual cupboard and ski boot heater - A ski rental service is just a few steps from the house, and the ski kindergarten and practice lift are also within walking distance - The modern cable car to the main Madritsch ski area starts 30 m from the front door. The chairlifts in the valley are just as easy to reach on skis. In the evening you can ski from all ski areas directly to the ski room. - The entrance to the night toboggan run and the cross-country ski track are in the immediate vicinity - In the traditional next-door building, the "Ski Alm", you can experience après-ski in the late afternoon The house is located on the edge of the forest, in the evening from 7 pm there is no traffic at all, it is quiet and you can spend the evening completely undisturbed. But Sulden is also a true paradise for hikers and mountaineers in summer.
