We have lived at the Stimpflhof since 1997 and have restructured the farm from a pure livestock farm with milk production and cattle fattening, as well as forestry, to a mixed farm with fruit growing, viticulture, livestock farming, forestry. Since 2017 we have been offering farm holidays and since 2022 also private rentals in the old farmhouse of the Untersteinhauserhof. We currently cultivate about 5.7 ha of orchards and about 15 ha of grassland, as well as the forests and alpine pastures belonging to both farms. There are also a lot of animals on the Stimpflhof. We keep many old and endangered breeds of animals. There are cattle, horses, donkeys, sheep, goats, pigs, geese, ducks, chickens, quails, rabbits, cats and a dog.
