Unterlanpacher Historic Refugium 1327
Our historic retreat was lovingly restored in 2021/2022. You will stay in a unique ambience. Discover a combination of medieval and modern elements. The first written reference dates back to 1327: "De curia in Letsch obligata dto Thome Tarando", means the court of Latsch is incumbent on Thomas Tarant. He came from the noble family of Tarantsberger zu Dornsberg, then Tarantsberg. Between 1610 and 1775, five generations of a judge's family named Plaß lived in the house, hence the tower building in the middle, which served as a courthouse. In 1781, the Lanpacher line began with Jakob Lanpacher.
Spread over three floors and 350 m² of living space, the house offers room for a maximum of 16 people. Equipped with 5 bedrooms in fragrant Swiss pine wood, 3 fully equipped kitchens, groin vaults, Tyrolean farmhouse parlours, 3 bathrooms with several toilets and showers.
An absolute speciality is the romantic vaulted wine cellar and the private garden area with sunbathing lawn and covered terrace with dining area.
Spend unforgettable moments with your loved ones in a unique atmosphere.
