Thoughtfully designed with high-quality furnishings, a private terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen, VILLAREJA – Batzen offers a quiet retreat for up to 4 guests (3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids) .
Fast Wi-Fi, Smart-TV, premium linens, a kingsize bed, a comfortable sofa bed and a stylish bathroom complete the experience.
The urban suite is a bright, open-plan space with a clear layout and high-quality materials. Large windows provide natural daylight throughout the day – even in the stylish bathroom, which features a spacious shower and bidet. We provide shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, hand soap, as well as fresh towels and bed linen.
The sleeping area is subtly set apart from the living space and offers a calm retreat thanks to its sheltered location. The king-size bed comes with a premium mattress, just like the comfortable sofa bed in the living area.
Kitchen, dining, and living zones flow seamlessly together; the private balcony is directly accessible from the dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential pots, utensils, and basic ingredients like salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil.
As our guest, you'll receive the Bozen Guest Card – giving you free access to public transport across South Tyrol (including selected cable cars), as well as free and/or reduced entry to many museums and leisure attractions.
A locked bike room in the building offers secure storage for e-bikes. A ping pong table is also available for guest use.
