A morning in motion – Yoga and mindful arrival

About the event

This morning yoga and movement session starts the day with gentle, flowing exercises. The body is mobilised in a gentle way, breathing deepens and attention is focused on mindful living in the mountain environment in the morning. The focus is on a balanced start to the day and harmony between movement and perception.



The session is led by Sarah Crazzolara and is offered without any pressure to perform. No previous knowledge of yoga is required. The exercises are adapted to the group and promote a smooth transition to the rest of the day's activities.
