From March 8 to 30, 2025, the Beef & Snow Weeks in Val d’Ega offer delicious dishes made from high-quality beef in the huts of Carezza and Obereggen.
Indulge in moments of gastronomic pleasure: Our huts and restaurants in Carezza and Latemar craft culinary masterpieces with premium beef sourced from Eggental.



With "Beef & Snow," we emphasize the use of local products, especially Eggentaler quality beef. Our focus is on promoting collaboration between agriculture and tourism and strengthening regional cycles.
