About the event
The Parkhotel Laurin hosts the second evening in an exclusive dinner series: chef Dario Tornatore of restaurant ConTanima welcomes Sara Scarsella and Matteo Compagnucci of the Michelin-starred Sintesi (Ariccia, Rome) to the enchanting Glasshouse set within the hotel's park garden.
Three young chefs, three distinct culinary voices, one shared table. What they offer is not a display of technique but an essential cuisine that steps back to let flavour speak – dishes recognisable at first bite, because they speak the language of honest ingredients, handled with care and without artifice. As the golden evening light sets the rose garden aglow, guests gather at the long wooden table with fellow food lovers – not as spectators, but as part of something.
