Joachim is unexpectedly accepted into the prestigious acting school in Munich and moves into his grandparents’ stately villa. There, he experiences a daily routine full of curious rituals. At the same time, Joachim is drawn into the intense and often quirky world of theatre, where passion, competition and self-promotion set the tone. Between stage rehearsals and the peculiarities of family life, he tries to establish himself in the theatre world while also discovering who he truly is.
