Forest Bathing – Mindful Walking in the Alpine Forest

About the event

This guided forest bathing experience invites participants to explore the alpine forest around Sulden in a mindful and attentive way. By walking slowly, taking short breaks and engaging in simple awareness exercises, space is created to notice the diversity and unique features of the forest and to rediscover them at a relaxed pace. The focus is on experiencing the surroundings with awareness and paying attention to details that often go unnoticed in everyday life.



Together with Monika Laner, participants follow easy paths through the forest, directing their attention to sensory impressions, silence and the immediate natural environment. This activity is not a traditional hike and does not have a sporting character.
