Gourmet Skisafari

The star chefs of Alta Badia and of other top ski destinations present their own dishes paired with the best Alto Adige wines. The Gourmet Skisafari celebrates the official start of the culinary winter season on the slopes, with a very special kind of ski safari. At a number of mountain huts, Michelin-starred chefs will be treating skiers to their delicious dishes, using top-quality products - a hallmark of our region. Skiers will have the chance to move from one mountain hut to another, trying each chef’s creations. During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region. The footage may be used and published on websites, on social networks and on media in compliance with the data protection regulations.
