About the event

On the way with a cheese refiner. On the search for special ingredients with a guide and tasting. Guided tour in German or Italian.

Together with the young cheesemaker Michael Steiner, visitors set out to discover fine flavors from the immediate surroundings of the house. He demonstrates how he enhances this cheese with interesting tricks, naturally releasing flavor. Afterwards, there will be a tasting - Bon appétit!
