Discover how the finest soft and semi-hard cheeses are made from 100% South Tyrolean goat's and cow's milk. We will guide you through the museum and show dairy.
Our fine cheeses delight customers all over the world. After the tour, we will taste the sensory diversity of our creations together in the shop.
