Herbal workshop: Making herb butter

Every Friday, herbal experts Sieglinde, Renate and Maria organise outdoor workshops along the herb promenade in Welschnofen | Nova Levante. The herb butter is perfect for cooking and adding flavour to dishes as well as for spreading on bread.
