On Thursday, March 26 at 6:00 PM, the gastronomic culture book-magazine L’Integrale, published by Iperborea, arrives at the Nuova Libreria Cappelli.
It will be presented by Diletta Sereni, editor-in-chief of the magazine, food and wine communicator and expert in communication and semiotics, together with Gianluca Cannizzo, creative director of L’Integrale and illustrator.
The event will be moderated by Federica Randazzo, deputy curator of the Slow Wine guide.
The event will also feature the participation of Panificio Davide Longoni, which will offer attendees a tasting of its artisanal bread, and is organized in collaboration with franzLAB.
