Palapear Sunday marks the conclusion of the traditional Palabira days in Glorenza.

For several years, the event has been organized by the volunteer fire department of Glorenza

and continues to gain increasing popularity. After the joint church procession, people head to the new festival grounds “Glurns Festival” to celebrate the Palabira harvest together.
