PRISMA Poliedric Music Festival 2026 – 13th Concert: DuJon
|
About the event
The thirteenth event of the PRISMA Poliedric Music Festival 2026 takes place at Maria Heim in Bolzano, Via Novacella 5, and is dedicated to the third-prize winner of the LFN International Chamber Music Competition 2025.
The evening features DuJon, a duo formed by Jonathan Zipperle (violin) and Jonatán Jakabovics (guitar). The programme explores the unique sonic dialogue between the two instruments, bridging tradition and modernity through three works:
Franz Schubert – "Arpeggione" Sonata (rare arrangement for violin and guitar)
Simone Fontanelli – "Double Jon" (composed especially for the two performers)
Manuel de Falla – "Siete Canciones Populares Españolas"
The concert traces an arc from Romantic lyricism to contemporary energy and folk-inspired colours.
Artistic direction: Duo Granato
