At the Gin & Chocolate food pairing, fine gin meets handcrafted bean-to-bar chocolate.
Chocolatier René Romen, who grew up in Merano and gained experience in Berlin and London, returned home in 2019 to launch his own chocolate manufactory, 58Chocolate. The result: carefully selected ingredients, little sugar, and surprising combinations. During this food-pairing tasting with Stelvio Spirits, you’ll discover how perfectly gin and chocolate complement each other.
