You already know the basics of the skating technique and want to improve? This course helps you refine your movements, optimize rhythm, and build efficiency. The Val Casies cross-country ski school provides targeted exercises and expert guidance – perfect for those ready to take their skating skills to the next level. Before the course starts, you can rent your equipment for just 8 € at Taschler Sports and Rental in Colle or Huski Sports Rentals in S. Maddalena, both in the Val Casies Valley. Difficulty: easy.
