About the event
This morning sound session opens the final day of the Fresh Air Week in a calm and reflective atmosphere. Through carefully placed sound impulses, a quiet space is created that supports mindful awareness of the body, breathing and the surrounding environment. The focus is on easing into the day and allowing the more intense programme elements of the week to settle.
The session is guided by Miriam Verdross and is offered without any focus on performance. It provides an opportunity to slow down, organise impressions and begin the day with clarity and ease.
Sound elements are introduced at a gentle pace and adapted to the group.
