Stand up paddling on Lake Reschensee

Reschen Lake offers one of the most spectacular SUP settings in the Alps, with its turquoise-blue waters and the striking mountain backdrop of the Ortler massif. Whether as a morning workout or a relaxing exploration tour – on your board you'll experience the lake's nature and serenity from an entirely new perspective.

The highlight: Paddle around the historic church tower of Graun, which rises from the water. While the lake is often dominated by kiters and sailors during the day, SUP enthusiasts will find glassy calm waters, especially during the quieter morning hours.

Note: Paddling is permitted across the entire lake. For your safety, however, please keep a wide distance from the water outlets at the dam. Also, be aware that the water at the mountain stream inlets is considerably colder.
