About the event
This yoga session marks the mindful closing of the Fresh Air Week. Through calm movement sequences, breathing exercises and moments of stillness, the impressions of the past days are gathered and integrated. The focus is on bringing the week to a clear and attentive close and gently transitioning back into everyday life.
The session is guided by Miriam Verdross and is calm in nature, without any focus on performance. It offers space to integrate experiences, slow down and consciously conclude the week.
All exercises are adapted to the group and carried out at a relaxed pace.
