The third edition of Vinaltum, born from the outstanding collaboration between Danilo D’Ambra and Luciano Rappo, aims to offer a unique wine experience, combining innovation and tradition to delight lovers of fine wines and foster dialogue with industry professionals.



Danilo D’Ambra, President of FISAR for Bolzano and the Bassa Atesina, and Luciano Rappo, Senior Consultant and a pioneer of modern oenology, have conceived this third edition to build a bridge between producers, buyers, and final consumers, in collaboration with Pietro Cormaci, Brand Ambassador, and Rinaldo Hauser, an experienced sommelier and “guardian of taste.”



The third edition of VINALTUM will take place in the stunning setting of Maretsch Castle, in the heart of Bolzano’s historic center, on May 17 and 18, 2026. A venue of rare beauty that combines the charm of a medieval manor with the elegance of a Renaissance residence. Surrounded by picturesque vineyards, the castle offers a timeless atmosphere while being just a few steps from the city center.



Once home to noble families, today it is an exclusive location for luxury events and unforgettable ceremonies.
