Time to unwind and restore



Gently wind down your day and immerse yourself in a nourishing Yin Yoga practice that brings body and mind into balance. In this calm and meditative class, we will hold passive stretches for several minutes, allowing deep release in the fascia and inviting fresh energy to flow.



The afternoon is the perfect time to consciously slow down, let go of stress, and reconnect with yourself. Supported by a soothing atmosphere and mindful guidance, this session creates space for inner calm, ease, and regeneration.



Suitable for all levels – whether you are new to yoga or already experienced.
