About Gasthof Edelweiß
In our hotel it is our boss Ewald the one that prepares meals, combining the traditional food connected with the legends of the Salto Plateau with creations of his own.
Our pizzas are baked on lavic stone, according to tradition, using beech wood biologically obtained, in order to create a unique taste.
