Hochrautalm 1643m

The Hochrautalm, or Alpine pasture Hochrautalm, is accessible from Taisten. In Taisten, you start from the parking lot (€) above the mountain inn Mudler and enjoy a pleasant hike either along the forest road (marked with signs 31/5A/5) in about 90 minutes or, alternatively, take the forest road first and then the shortcut (marked with signs 31/5A/5C) in about 40 minutes. Once you reach the Hochrautalm Alpine pasture, you can indulge in South Tyrolean specialties for both young and old, as well as enjoy a breathtaking view towards Antholz and Kronplatz. Marvel at gentle green hills and distinctive mountains... All of this combined with delights like dumplings or apple strudel! Or perhaps you'd prefer a burger?
