Noppbräu

The small, regional farm brewery currently offers three types of beer: A sparkling light beer, the full-bodied festive beer and a refreshing wheat-beer. The traditional beer styles are brewed according to the German Purity Law. The beer can be accompanied by cold dishes from the farm kitchen. Jochen and Constanze Bauder from Germany made their dream come true in Deutschnofen/Nova Pnente. The beer lovers from Germany are newcomers – they taught themselves the craft of brewing, with additional support from a brewmaster from Bavaria.
