From Reschen or Meran to Schlanders. From the sportzone Silandro the trail nr. 3 up in direction Ilswaal.

The car can be parked at the sports ground parking pleace.

Public transportation
By the Venosta train to Schlanders, from there take the Citybus to the stop "hospital" then continue on food.
