About Animal park
A peaceful spot is waiting for you at the entrance to the village of Colfosco, where you and your family can spend your afternoons in the shade of larch and fir trees with friendly farm animals.
Along the easy walk, you will get to know lively goats and hard-working hens and rabbits. The route leads to an educational house where you can explore the forest and nature and stimulate your senses.
In the heart of the park, you can admire a pretty pond housing a family of ducks living in harmony with some chattering geese. Nearby, the watermill recalls the ancient transformation of wheat into flour and the traditional peasant oven, where children's workshops with bread baking are still offered. Children can have fun and climb safely on the towers of the playground built in the shape of a fort.
The park is open every day from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, although most of the animals are brought to the stable around 5:00 PM. Starting from September 20th, the animals will take refuge in the stable to stay warm, but you will still find the ducks waiting for you at the park.
The park is open all year round, and during the colder months, the ducks, who don't need the warmth of the stable, will be there to greet you.
Approach
Follow the SS244 Val Badia road towards Corvara and continue on road SS37 to Colfosco.
