About Calisthenics facility

Calisthenics, a form of physical training done in public spaces, is based on using one's own body weight.
The new Calisthenics facility in Kiens is a functional training area located next to the clubhouse. It was designed to allow sports and fitness enthusiasts to train outdoors.
The  facility is open to everyone and is free of charge, making functional training affordable for everyone.
