The agriculture and gastronomy of Val Gardena decided to produce together local meat of best quality from calf, beef, sheep and pork and to process them into culinary delicacies.
A premise is that the cows are born and grown up in Val Gardena and have spent one summer on an alpine pasture in Val Gardena.
