PUNI distillery

In the heart of the South Tyrolean Alps, surrounded by the striking scenery of the Vinschgau valley, lies the birthplace of Italian whisky culture. Founded in 2010, PUNI is the pioneer behind Italy's very first Single Malt. We distil traditionally in authentic Scottish copper pot stills, while the striking, cubic design of our distillery reflects modern alpine architecture. Maturing in our distinct climate zone gives the whisky its uniquely complex profile.
