The Recla family firm is recognised as a specialist in the production of South Tyrolean branded speck bacon and is among the most important and best renowned companies in South Tyrol in the sausage and ham sector.

In our new retail shop, which is open for direct sales to the private and hospitality markets, you will find a diverse range of high quality products, including our main product, South Tyrolean Speck of protected geographical indication, our premium product, Oltspeck, South Tyrolean pancetta (belly pork), lightly smoked and finely aromatic boiled ham, our traditional sausage and, of course, our spicy smoked sausages (Kaminwurz) and Italian speciality sausages, delicious sliced sausages, and fresh pork, beef, veal and turkey.

For our visitors, many of our products are also ideal for hiking, enjoying with company or as a gift for friends.
