Tre Cime Dairy Factory

Come and visit the Tre Cime dairy farm and factory in Dobbiaco. The dairy factory will be happy to give its guests exciting information on the production of the different cheeses that it makes. The cheese factory also houses a restaurant and, of course, a shop.
Situated on the main road, the dairy factory is easy to reach for a tour and the products made from high-quality milk collected in the nearby hills have been loved for a long time by many regular customers!

Tue-Sat: 8am - 7pm, Sun: 10am - 6pm - Closed: Monday
From 13th July to 14th September and during the Christmas holidays, including Christmas Day and New Year's Day, we are also open on Monday.
During the guided tour the traditional regional production of milk and cheese will be explained. The tour of the production facilities gives interesting information about dairy products production. The cellar tour is loved by gourmands and gives an idea of the high-quality of the finished product. The factory is also open to schools and larger groups. Booking is recommended.
The tour ends in the inviting restaurant where you can taste different products served on high wooden tables or meet with friends for pleasant conversations. Different cheeses combined with good wines are always delicious. A simply unique taste! Finally, you can purchase a small stock of products in the prominently positioned shop. The factory's products are sold here. Among these: milk, cheese, cream, butter, yoghurt and ricotta! In the shop customers will receive the best assistance possible.
