4 - The beech path - Description

A short and easy walk, ideal to stretch your legs and breath some good air. It is located near West Folgaria and it is recommended to families with children. It is accessible with a stroller (big wheels), take into account that there are two short steep parts.
The points of interest of the itinerary are the fields and the woods that surround Folgaria, in particular the beech wood, it has a charm the entire year: the cool in the summer, warm colours in autumn and the buds in the spring. Coming back it crosses Percorso nel Verde – Route in the Green that goes to Val di Gola.

    Arrive until the end of Via del Parco, in the west part of Folgaria. Where there is Osteria del Gufo, from the street starts a path that goes through a field towards the wood. The route ends at the starting point.

Reinforced sneakers or trekking boots are sufficient. For pushchairs (reinforced wheels): there is two short ascents.

Tips for the tour

Once you get to Percorso nel Verde – Route in the Green there is the possibility to turn left and with a short part uphill and in a short time (around 10 minutes) you will get to a panoramic point with a view on Val Gola.
