825 - Carbonare - Cùeli - Description

It is a moving excursion along the Astico creek to the ancient village of Cùeli. It develops along a beautiful forestry environment characterized by natural and historical splendor.
The fresh water of the Astico creek is the theme of this itinerary. Here the guide is the water and the name of the trail is “Sentiero dell’acqua” – the water trail -. It is a gorgeous thematic trail equipped with some informative posters about the near village of Carbonare and the little traditional village of Cùeli characterized by old houses and a specular ancient mill, the Cùel mill. Here, time has stopped. The fresh water of the creek, the beech trees and the conifers around us, the “Spèr” gorge we bike through, the waterfalls and the little village give us a new life dimension full of nature and history.
