  The route begins from the car park of the sport centre in San Lorenzo in Banale. Go downhill at the crossing in the direction of Dorsino, and stay on the main path. In the old centre of Dorsino [5] turn right, cross the main street [6] and keep climbing this street. You will reach a tight crossing [7] where you have to turn right on a forest road. The road becomes less steep. At the village Dolaso, turn left before the church [8]. Leave the church below you and reach San Lorenzo in Banale. At the first junction [9] keep to the right; in a moment the street joins the main road at a hairpin bend [10]. Follow the main road for 200 m uphill and turn left after the church [11]. This secondary road will take you uphill to some nice villages of the Banale area, such as Pergnano and Senaso. There is a beautiful old church in Pergnano [12] which you can see on the right side of the road. Turn right and then left and you will arrive in Senaso [13]. In the middle of the burg, turn left and take the small street that will lead you out of the village through pastures and woods. Then you will reach the crossing with Val d’Ambiez. After about 1 km we abandon this path at a junction [14] where you have to turn left [15] and continue on a steep descent. Pay attention and don't miss the next junction after about 1 km on the right [16]. [This junction is near point 07 of the route which we have already passed uphill]. The path becomes a nice single trail, quite technical, enters the forest for about 1 km, then it rejoins the main road near Malga d’Ambiez [18]. Follow the main road on the right, which leads you on a descent over the bridge of the Ambiez canyon. Immediately after the bridge turn left in the direction of “Dolomiti di Brenta Bike” track. Cross again stream d’Ambiez on a small bridge on the left. Keep right at the next junction and cross the stream again. The route will take you into a forest road heading towards Tavodo. Shortly before the point where the street hits the main road [21], still climbing, take the secondary road on the left which will take you down to Andogno [22]. Turn left and cycle along the original “Dolomiti di Benta Bike” track. After 2 km the track becomes a small forest path for 800 m and leads you to a wayside shrine [26]. Turn left and return to the starting point ascending on the main path.
