Easy walk to Pra Rodont - Puza da l'acqua - Malga Cioca - Description

  Leave your car in Pinzolo at the start of the Doss del Sabion lift.
  From the arrival station, take the dirt road to the left in the direction of Malga Cioca. After about 200 meters (220 yards), take the trail to the left, which begins slightly downhill and then continues along a false flat. Follow this trail until you reach a clearing and a pond in an area known as “Puza da l’acqua”, an ideal spot for a break and for children to play. A table and a couple of benches overlook the pond, which is full of tadpoles at the right time of year.
  From here, continue along the trail for about 15 minutes to Malga Cioca, where you will find a café and restaurant for a well-deserved break. For the return trip to Pra Rodont, you can take the same trail in reverse or shorten the itinerary by taking the dirt road, which will take you directly to the bottom of the lift.

Bring a picnic blanket and a change of clothes for the kids. They’ll definitely want to play in the water!

The Doss del Sabion cablecar is at 800 mt a.s.l., north of Pinzolo, along the main road SS239 towards Madonna di Campiglio.  The excursion starts at the arrival point of the cable car, in Pra Rodont.
