Marmots trail - Description

An easy path suitable for the whole family, on the slopes of Alpe Tognola.
A path that crosses the natural area of the Alpe, where it is possible to admire the beauty of the local flora and, at times, the marmots come out of their burrows!

    Tognola Gondela - Arrival station

    The route starts from the Tognola Refuge, right at the beginning of the "Alpe delle marmotte" theme park. Crossing the whole park, we arrive at the highest and most panoramic point in the area. A sign indicates the start of the path, which moves away from the Refuge and runs through a natural area that is part of the Paneveggio-Pale di San Martino Park. After an easy walk of about 1.5 hours, the path leads us back to the Tognola Refuge.
