  Drive to “Località Nembia” along strada statate 421, which connects S. Lorenzo in Banale to Molveno, and park near the restaurant Lago Nembia. Continue on foot along the paved road towards Lago di Nembia, pass a group of houses and a warehouse, after 200 metres turn right into a cobbled street lined with dry-stone walls and hazelnut trees. The road continues passing a stone farmstead and enters the open fields to join a dirt track. Continue on the left through the woods, passing a picnic area with a fountain and a shelter until you come to a bridge. Here, turn right onto a path that runs along the dry river bed, covered in grass. After a short stretch through the forest, the path continues uphill to intersect a paved road. Turn left and after a few metres enter the fields that roll down, to the right, towards Lake Molveno. After a visit to the lake, trace your steps back and continue first to the right and then to the left along the paved road that descends through a forest of beech tree. After passing a big yellow house, continue along the dirt track on the left; when you reach the bridge, turn right and walk the path that runs along the river bank to join a wide dirt track. After 150 metres, after a long right bend, leave the main road and turn right descending through historic farmsteads nestled against huge boulders. Re-join the road near Lake Nembia leading down to its shores to return to the start.

From Ponte Arche/Comano Terme go towards S.Lorenzo in Banale. Continue on SS 421 and when you arrive at Restaurant Lake Nembia turn left, follow the road that flanks the lake and then stop when you arrive at the parking lot (10 km).
