Pian delle Fugazze - Alpe di Campogrosso - Description

An exciting excursion with a view on the Little Dolomites.
The route winds along the "Strada delle Sette Fontane", initially inside a centuries-old beech forest and then opens into the meadows of upper Vallarsa. A suggestive view of the Little Dolomites awaits you, namely the Cima Posta Group and the Carega, located between the provinces of Trento, Vicenza and Verona. Their name derives from the rock of which they are formed, the Dolomia, which at sunrise and sunset colors the peaks in pink.

    From the car parks at Passo Pian delle Fugazze and along the road towards Camposilvano, you can easily identify the way to the Seven Fountains (strada delle Sette Fontane). You will find road signs at the beginning of the route.

In winter it is necessary to have suitable clothing and equipment with you. Togheter with snowshoes, we suggest to use snow stiks to guarantee greater stability. It is also useful to bring with you warm drinks or tea, to warm up along the way.
