  San Lorenzo in Banale
  
  The route follows the paved road that leads to Località La Rí (as you leave San Lorenzo in the direction of Molveno, follow the signposted road on the left). When you reach the mountain hut, park your car and follow the SAT 345 path which leads through Parco Naturale Adamello Brenta. Walk for about 40 minutes, entirely through a forest of beech trees, until you reach Prada where you can quench your thirst at the small fountain carved in a tree trunk. Here, continue along the cattle track heading for the fields then, further ahead, take the flat path on the right leading to a lookout point, on the edge of the cliffs, where you can enjoy a spectacular view over Lake Molveno, Nembia, Adalo and the surrounding mountains. Prada is the starting point of many excursions: Cima Ghez -Pass dela Giaz- Val Dalun & Val Ambiéz; SAT 345 route to Cima Rosati - Val di San Lorenzo - Val Noghera, Forcola di Noghera - Val Ambiéz; SAT 345E route to Forcella Bregain - Malga Ben - Val Ambiéz - Rifugio Al Cacciatore. Make your way back via the same route.

From Ponte Arche/Comano Terme go in the direction of S.Lorenzo in Banale (8 km), from here head towards Rifugio Alpenrose (2 km).
